UNISTAR HOSTEL GENERAL RULES

I____________________ have read and understood all general rules of Unistar-Hostel. I am promise to always comply with all the rules set,
- Every student is required to comply with the rules and character'appearance set by Unistar management
- Be polite/appropriate by not interruptingthe order of other students while in the hostel/room
- Students can only stay in designated rooms
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to make noise. and disturb other students
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to hold any party/meeting
- Students are prohibited from possessing or doing things matter, which is prohibited by the University and the Islamic Religion. If found, the item will be confiscated without notice by the party hostel. Things are like:
- Gambling (in all forms)
- Having or drinking hard liquor
- Possessing or viewing pornographic material
- Possessing a firearm/dangerous
- Having pamphlets/books/symbols prohibited by government
- Having a pet
- Possess, Distribute, sell or smoke cigarettes/marijuana/drugs
- Having a representative from the management side. Unistar entered
- Buy, sell, save and play firecrackers/fireworks in the hostel
- A student can not do Falang or menanan alone representative of Unistar's management entered the student's room to carry out their duties and obligations
- Unstar Hostel representative can from time to time give verbally or in writing any order or instruction that deemed necessary and appropriate to maintain order or discipline in the hostel
- It is forbidden to bring in anyone who is NOT a Unistar student to the room without the management's permission
- It is forbidden to bring in a person of the opposite sex in a hostel/room
- If a student is found to be involved in a disciplinary case, the Unistar side has the right to cancel contact accommodation immediately and report to Unisel. Plus, any Payments that have already been made will not be refunded
- Students are required to pay the rent for hostel accommodation monthly
- Monthly rent can be done at the beginning of each month and explained paca every Shb. The postponement is until the 10th in the same month
- A penalty of RM5/1day will be charged on late payment starting on the 11th and will increase day by day until The day the rent is paid is explained. Penalty payment can included once on the outstanding monthly rent or/and will be directly deducted from the deposit payment

- Payment slip/details should be sent to the number office phone: 016 - 9644 471 via whatsapp application
- This is for the purpose of records and issuance of receipts by hostel management
- Receipts/payment slips should be kept and shown when required by management
- Students who have repayment debt will not rolled over for the following month until all balances are paid Debt is paid within the stipulated time
- If it is found that the student does not obey the instructions without any letter appeals from the authorities, the Management reserves the right to prevent students from staying in hostels without any notice
- During registration, students must fill out the registration form and provide 1 photo and 1 copy of the identification card (will not be returned @n) for the hostel's savings
- Students can enter their respective rooms after the party management gives the key
- Students who wish to check out from Unistar Hostel should inform the management 2 months in advance of the plan exit date and fill in the second item at the Unistar Office
- The key and Access Card (if any) must be returned at the office Unistar when checking out of the hostel {Check out) and any outstanding payments must be cleared before leaving the host
- The management will conduct an inspection to clean up all hostel properties are in good condition. If not rate fee will be charged
- The room should always be neat and clean
- The cleanliness of the room is the responsibility of the user sheets and pillowcases are a MUST
- Cooking facilities are provided for students by the party management
- Each student is individually/grouped to take care kitchen cleanliness and trash bins outside the areahostel
- Make sure the floor/kitchen sink is always clean after used. Do not throw leftover food in the sink
- Make sure the raw materials in the refrigerator are removed after finishing period/no longer wanted. set ap holiday semester party the shredder will clean the fridge and remove the remaining material. Make sure the ingredients are edible spent before the semester break begins
- It is NOT ALLOWED to throw garbage in the general area in the hostel area
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to throw garbage through the window
- CANNOT paste any. posters, pictures or decorations the wall in the hostel. A suitable hanger is the glue and not damaging the wall is allowed
- It is required to maintain the cleanliness of the hostel and the building while staying in the hostel area
- before leaving the room, students are required to make sure no garbage accumulated and filth in the area of each room-each
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to bring excessive items to the hostel
- Items belonging to students- should be kept with neat and orderly Any excess items should brought home
- Shoes/sandals should be arranged neatly in the shoe rack and not left scattered on the floor
- The desk should be neatly arranged and not dusty
- Students are responsible individually/group-for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom
- Students are FORBIDDEN to throw away any garbage and things foreign in the toilet, toilet hole and floor trap
- Hair/hair/foreign objects found on the floor trap must be collected and disposed of in the trash
- Unit students will be held responsible for cases of blockage which is caused by negligence "or misuse of unit students" concerned
- Units that have Access Card security features will given 1 card" to each student where only 'students who Only having an Access Card can enter the hostel
- It is NOT ALLOWED to bring outsiders into the hostel.The management reserves the right to take disciplinary actionany student who lives or occupies a hostel without permission
- students are FORBIDDEN to lock doors or lockers with keys Alone. If the management knows the authority remove the key
- TIFAK residents are encouraged to bring valuable citizens and valuable equipment in the hostel
- To avoid negligence, make sure the door of the room, the main door and others are locked when leaving and entering the hostel
- Cases of theft should be reported immediately to dpinak management
- Unistar Hostel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss of money or personal property student
- IT IS NOT ALLOWED to bring back any proprietary items hestel
- It is FORBIDDEN to completely change the position of the physical structure or change or move out property in the room hostels such as cupboards, cabinets, beds and others without PERMISSION from management
- Every damage that occurs to any facility hostel should be reported immediately to the management
- Any damage caused by the teacher's negligence, charge will be charged according to the type of damaged goods as in in line with the set price
- Hostel property damaged/lost by the student/group of students of the unit will be replaced by students/a group of students immediately' when instructed by The management
- Fines are subject to the type of damage, loss fines charged according to the cost of goods and management charges

and management charges - Wifi is a FREE facility provided by the party Management of Unistar Hostel for Student learning only
- Wifi is shared by all students 3. WATCHING and DOWNLOADING VIDEOS are PROHIBITED This will cause slow internet and other students unable to use internet facilities
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to give the password to outsiders
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to change the position of the modem/router/wifi on position of hope

- NOT ALLOWED to use your own electrical equipment without permission such as television, personal electric kitchen water cond/air cooler and others thanks to tons

- If it is found that the light switch or fan is not closed during the heating students, all students involved will be fined

- Each student is allocated RM10 (Malaysian Ringgit: Sepuluh Ringgit Only) for electricity use and RM5 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Ringgit only) for electricity use and
- if it is found that the bill exceeds the allocation given, the party Unistar reserves the right to collect fees from each student or/and will use the deposit to cover the excess the said. If consumption is less than uote, surplus the quota will not be carried over to the following month
- Kune and access card (If available) will be given 1 set each students and is NOT transferable
- Lost or damaged key/access card will be charged (as in list)
- IMPORTANT: Student's mistake/negligence in locking/leaving the key (after office hours), given 2 options
- i) Huburgi management for spore key, party wear will send within 24 hours and students are also charged a fee of RM80.00 (Eighty Ringgit Only) on the service OR
- ii) Students can open/hire their own technicians certain to open the door involved. And all costs is the student's own responsibility. In case the door/other property of the hostel is damaged The student is also responsible for the cost fiberization Therefore, students are advised to prepare themselves 1 set other keys and kept in a safe place. This key too should be submitted to the management if the student is no longer available stay at Unistar Hostel
- Hostel rules are not limited to things above only. It also includes the socio-cultural and ethnic aspects of the people Malaysia
- Pinak Management reserves the right to make improvements regulations from time to time that are felt to be necessary informed to all students
- The Management will not be responsible for such personal loss/damage/injury of the student
